Introduction

The Asset Management Team consists of excellent personnel including domestic attorneys, foreign attorneys, and tax attorneys. We provide services to domestic managers and investors in the field related to asset management. Our team offer all legal services related to fund recruitment and management, including domestic regulation related to asset management, alternative investment, domestic and foreign fund establishment, and fund investment disputes.

In addition, we are also giving comprehensive and high-quality services in the areas related to asset management based on the experience of various and extensive advisory services for domestic asset management companies, domestic pension funds, institutional investors and REITs companies.

  • [Advice on Asset Management Disputes] We provide advice on asset management related disputes arising in the process of asset management regulations and investments, as well as services for transmission. We support effective billing and defense strategies based on our in-depth knowledge of the industry, including business relationships with asset managers and related consignees.
  • [License and Registration] The Asset Management Team provides advice on domestic collective investment business license, professional private recruitment collective investment business registration, discretionary investment business or investment advisory business registration. These advisory services are tailored to each client's needs.
