    Providing Customized Solutions Through 56 Specialized Teams

 

DongIn Law Group continuously maintains its high profit sharing rates for partners even during the economic downturn due to COVID-19 Pandemic. It also increased annual salary for all associate attorneys as usual.

 

 

Through internal structural reform and specialized division in 2020, DongIn Law Group formed the basis to provide the customized legal services and solutions to the corporate clients. Newly restructured 56 teams, each with 3 to 5 attorneys, include Digital Forensic Team Private School Dispute Resolution Team Family Business Succession Team, etc. Further, as 3 former judges and prosecutors, including Kim Hyung Yeon who was a previous Director of the Office of Legislation, recently joined the firm, and 13 new associate attorneys were recruited this year, DongIn demonstrated its stable growth and expansion.

 

 

On April 27, 2020, Noh Sang Kyun, representative attorney (Korean Bar Association 13th), was appointed by the resolution of partners’ meeting to be the 2nd executing representative of the firm. Representative Noh graduated Sungkyunkwan University, passed the 23rd Korean national bar exam, and served as Chief Prosecutor in special department 13 of Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the Superintendent Public Prosecutor of Special Investigation Team of Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, the Chief Prosecutor of Violent Crime Team of the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office, etc.

 

 

Representative Noh presented his intent to lead more democratic and harmonious system of communication and decision-making with executing members (4 other partner attorneys) and HR committee consisting of 9 partners. He also carefully expected the total revenues will increase on the first half of next year when the newly formed 56 specialized teams begin to be fairly on the track and law firm website is re-opened after its renewal. Further, DongIn will continue its pro bono activities by creating new model optimized to serve and dedicate to the broader community outside the firm.

 

 

DongIn Law Group will move forward towards its goal to be ‘Trustworthy Law Firm with High Qualified Lawyers’ by providing the most collaborative approach to client service based on 56 specialized teams. DongIn even plans to establish a new model of sound law firm culture.

 

 

To this end, DongIn Law Group will actively seek for advisory attorneys with professions and skills in various fields and expand its recruitment opportunities for associate attorneys by offering its own special internship programs. “DongIn will consider systematic program to improve the specialties of associate attorneys and continue to have a special emphasis on ‘cooperation’ among the members of the firm in order to organize and furnish support for a wide variety of client services”, said the relevant officer of DongIn Law Group.
