Introduction

Even after receiving a judgment or decision ordering debtor the payment of money, the creditor is not often satisfied with the actual amount of the claims. The Civil Execution Team of DongIn Law Firm consists of attorneys who have practical experience in civil execution so that creditors who are unable to receive real money even after being judged can receive money. The Civil Execution Team starts with searching the debtor's assets, performs various enforcement procedures for collection of debts for each property, and ultimately enables them to obtain debt satisfaction, and in the process, performs various advisory services on civil execution.
